Do you want to sync Gravity Forms entries to your email marketing and CRM platform after form submissions, payments, and user registration in WordPress?
FuseWP allows you to connect Gravity Forms to your email marketing software to sync leads and WordPress users to your email list, map custom fields, and assign tags to them after they successfully submit a form, pay for an order, and register to WordPress.
If payment is recurring or a subscription, you can sync your WordPress site users or customers to your email list based on their payment subscription status. For example, if a user’s subscription status changes from Active to Cancelled, they will be removed from the Active email list and added to Cancelled.
FuseWP supports significant email service providers and CRM, including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, AWeber, Zoho CRM, Kit (ConvertKit), Drip, Brevo (Sendinblue), HubSpot, MailerLite, Sendy, Klaviyo, EmailOctopus, Flodesk, HighLevel, Omnisend, GetResponse, Mailjet, FluentCRM.
This article provides a guide on connecting your CRM with Gravity Forms. By doing this, you can automatically add users who submit your Gravity Forms to your CRM and email marketing list, keep track of your customers’ purchases, and segment them based on the products they bought and their subscription status.
To get started, grab a copy of the FuseWP plugin and install and activate it on your WordPress site. After which, connect your email marketing software.
Subscribe Gravity Forms Leads to Email Marketing Software
To automatically subscribe leads and users to your email marketing list and assign tags to them after they submit a specific Gravity Form on your WordPress website, Go to FuseWP >> User Sync and click the Add New button.
On the page to add user sync rules, select Gravity Forms as the source and the specific form to sync to your CRM as the source item.
The Destinations metabox is where we configure the CRM and email marketing software to subscribe users after submitting the form.
An Example
In the screenshot below, users or website visitors who fill out and submit the Gravity Forms titled “Contact Form” will get synced to the selected CRM list and tagged “vip”.
Syncing Gravity Forms After Payment & Refund to CRM & Email Marketing Software
You can subscribe users and leads to your email marketing list and CRM after successful payment via Gravity Forms. This requires the form to have a product field and payment feed of a gateway implemented, such as from Stripe, PayPal, 2Checkout, Authorize.net, Mollie, or Square addon.
To set this up, create a sync rule, select the form with payment set up, select “After Successful Payment” as Event, and finally, set up your CRM and email marketing software to which users will be subscribed after their order or payment.
The above screenshot subscribes users to your CRM’s Paid Users list after a successful order based on the form they purchased from.
We also provide an “After Payment Refund” event for when you want to segment users in your CRM after their payment or order made via Gravity Forms is refunded.
Subscribing WordPress Users After Registration to CRM and Email Marketing Platforms
Want to subscribe users that register to your WordPress website via Gravity Forms to your email list and CRM, set up a sync rule for the signup form, select Event as “After User Registration”, and set up your CRM and email service provider to add users to after they signup.
Segmenting Users Based on Subscription Status
Segmenting your WordPress customers based on the subscription status of their purchase is also possible with FuseWP. Supports Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, Square and 2Checkout addons.
In the screenshot above, users with an active subscription to a product purchased via the selected form will be added to the “Active Members” list.
If they cancel their subscription, they will be unsubscribed/removed from the Active email list and subscribed/added to that of Cancelled, assuming the CRM integration uses List for segmentation. If segmentation is done by tagging, the tag “active” will be removed from their profile, and the tag specified in the Cancelled destination will be applied.
Don’t forget to save your changes when done and ensure the rule is active.
That’s how easy it is to connect Gravity Forms to your email marketing and CRM platforms, including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, AWeber, Zoho CRM, Kit (ConvertKit), Drip, Brevo (Sendinblue), HubSpot, MailerLite, Sendy, Klaviyo, EmailOctopus, Flodesk, HighLevel, Omnisend, GetResponse, Mailjet, FluentCRM.
