Do you want to sync WooCommerce Subscriptions with your CRM contact list or email marketing list?
FuseWP allows you to sync WooCommerce customers who purchase a subscription product via the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin to any of our supported email marketing software, such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, AWeber, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Kit (ConvertKit), Drip, Brevo (Sendinblue), HubSpot, MailerLite, Sendy, Klaviyo, Keap (Infusionsoft), EmailOctopus, Flodesk, HighLevel, Omnisend, GetResponse, Mailjet, FluentCRM.
Also, if a customer’s subscription status to a specific product changes, they will be moved to the status corresponding email list. For example, say a user’s subscription status to Product A changes from Active to Cancelled; they will be removed from the Active email list and added to that of Cancelled as defined by you.
In this article, you will learn how to subscribe customers in the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin to specific contact or email lists based on their subscribed product subscription.
Syncing Customers of WooCommerce Subscriptions to Your CRM
To sync WooCommerce Subscriptions customers to your email marketing software, grab a copy of the FuseWP plugin and install and activate it on your WordPress site. After which, connect your email marketing software.
Go to FuseWP >> User Sync and click the Add New button.
On the page to add user sync rules, select a WooCommerce subscription product as the source. Note that you can create as many User Sync rules as you want for each subscription product.
The Destinations metabox is where we configure the different subscription statuses of the selected subscription product and their respective CRM and email marketing integrations.
An Example
In the screenshot below, customers or users that subscribe to the “Gold Plan” WooCommerce subscription product with an active subscription will be added to ActiveCampaign and the Customer List and assigned the “VIP” tag.
If their subscription is ever canceled, they will be unsubscribed/removed from the Active subscription status list (Customer List) and subscribed or added to that of Cancelled.
You may also want to add other subscription statuses, such as Pending, On Hold, Expired, and Pending Cancellation, and configure the integration and list to add customers whose subscribed subscription product is the selected one in Source.
Don’t forget to save your changes when done and ensure the rule is active.
That’s how easy it is to sync members of WooCommerce Subscriptions to your email marketing and CRM platforms.
